Being healthy is about adaptability and enjoyment. I have dedicated my life to preventive health, through the fusion of science with ancestral wisdom. 

I'm an absolute unit. Born in Mexico, raised in Canada, educated in biochemistry, and specialized in health tech.

But I herniated by spine at 21yo due to modern training methods. So I was forced to rebuild myself from the ground up.  

After a decade of grind and flow - grounded in evolutionary biology with faith in limitless human potential - I am ready to share my practice.
